Homecoming is a tradition in many Southern churches. Past and present members of the faith community come together to worship, hear God’s Word, and fellowship around wonderful food. It’s a time to renew familiar relationships and make new acquaintances. This year Maranatha celebrated its 40th Homecoming celebration. The four pastors who have led Maranatha since 1974 gave remarks about the history of the fellowship, and shared what Maranatha has meant to each of them.
