It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right. It is God\u2019s way of preparing us in every way, fully equipped for every good thing God wants us to do.&#8221;<br \/>\n2 Timothy 3:16-17<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Leadership Integrity<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Leaders will be judged by a different standard; thus, they must live to an elevated spiritual standard.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Obey your spiritual leaders and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they know they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this joyfully and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.&#8221;<br \/>\nHebrews 13:17<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Personal Relationship<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>An individual relationship with Jesus Christ is the only path to a fulfilled life.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.&#8221;<br \/>\nJohn 10:10<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Corporate Unity<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>The church is the bride of Jesus Christ, one body made of many parts, which functions as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up only one body. So it is with the body of Christ.&#8221;<br \/>\n1 Cor. 12:12<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>Dedicated Service<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Discovering, developing, and deploying personal spiritual gifts in ministry is a Biblical mandate.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Matthew 28:19-20<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"sampletabs1\" class=\"tab-pane \">\nThe ability to see your purpose by faith; a mental picture of personal or corporate destiny.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Where there is no vision, the people perish\u2026&#8221;<br \/>\nProverbs 29:18<\/p>\n<p>The Vision for Maranatha Fellowship:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>To establish a place where people learn about God<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em> To establish a window through which to reach the world for God<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"sampletabs2\" class=\"tab-pane \">\nKnowing and understanding your main function<\/p>\n<p>The Purpose for Maranatha Fellowship:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Help the people that God brings to Maranatha develop faith, discover hope, and experience love.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Develop Faith<\/strong><br \/>\nFaith is being convinced through your own experiences that God is real.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.&#8221;<br \/>\nHebrews 11:1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discipleship increases Faith<\/strong><br \/>\nDiscipleship takes place during Wednesday night Bible Study.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discover Hope<\/strong><br \/>\nHope is confidently expecting that God will be involved in your everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if you are asked about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it.&#8221;<br \/>\n1 Peter 3:15<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience Love<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Love of God is an unconditional, self-sacrificing, active love that He wants us to share with others.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.&#8221;<br \/>\n1 John 4:10<\/p>\n<p><strong>Worship<\/strong><br \/>\nWorship is expressing our love for God through surrendering oneself to His purposes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.&#8221;<br \/>\nMatthew 22:37<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fellowship<\/strong><br \/>\nFellowship is belonging to Christ\u2019s family and being members of His body.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Think of ways to encourage one another to outbursts of love and good deeds.
