Lose The Weight

It’s January! The time of year for setting goals and making new year’s resolutions. Goals are different from person to person, but even with a variety of goals, eating healthier, getting fit, and losing weight seem universal, don’t they? Not everyone may need to lose physical weight, but it’s likely we all have emotional and spiritual weights to push through in the new year. Teaching from Hebrews 12:1 & Philippians 3:13-14 Pastor Ben teaches us how we carry our weight can impact our lives and walks with the Lord and how we as the Body should bear one another’s burdens.
